In the case of a member which is a corporation, the voting form must be executed under its common seal or under the hand of a duly authorised officer or attorney.
Where membership arises from a policy which is held jointly by two or more persons, the vote tendered by the senior of the joint holders who is present in person or by proxy will be accepted, to the exclusion of any votes tendered by the other joint holders (and for this purpose seniority is determined by the order in which the names of the joint holders appear in the register of members).
To be valid, this voting form (and, unless it has been previously registered with NFU Mutual, any power of attorney under which it is signed, or a duly certified copy thereof) must be received by the Independent Scrutineers at Civica Election Services, no later than 48 hours before the meeting (i.e. by no later than 2.30pm on Tuesday 24th June 2025). Any proxy appointment made online must also be received no later than 2.30pm on Tuesday 24th June 2025.

An option to withhold is provided to enable you to instruct your proxy to withhold your vote on any particular resolution. However, it should be noted that a vote withheld is not a vote in law and will not be counted in the calculation of the proportion of votes ‘For’ and ‘Against’ a resolution.
